FOR SMALL ORDERS - We suggest ordering your trophies at least two weeks before the required date (subject to delivery area). We do not carry stock of every single item featured in our online store, and ordering well in advance will better ensure you get the exact awards you are after. A similar alternative may be offered if your preferred item is not available. We do have an 'Urgent Order' section, and these are available immediately and can be despatched or available for collection within 48 hours. Please contact us if you require immediate assistance.
FOR LARGE ORDERS - We suggest ordering your trophies at least four to six weeks before the delivery date. We do not carry stock of every single item featured in our online store, and this will ensure you get the exact awards you are after. In peak seasons certain ranges are more popular and can quickly sell out. It also allows time to get winners names off the coaches as this can be a lengthy exercise. Please note, you do NOT need to supply the engraving details at this stage, you only need to enter the trophy type when ordering (eg participation, Fairest & best etc.) The engraving details such as names etc. can be left as late as one week before the required delivery date (subject to delivery area and please allow more time if you are in an area that requires 3 to 5 days post). You may not know exact quantities required at this stage either, but please enter this in the comments section when ordering your expected amount. Please also submit your logo artwork by email at this early stage for personalised centres and engraving art.
LARGE ORDERS can be 'rushed' through. This will however incur a $30 charge to cover express freight from our suppliers. Please contact us before placing the order to confirm.
If you missed anything on your original order, please place a new order for any additional items that you may require, and contact us by phone to confirm.
We aim to please, and will always double check any order before despatch so as to minimise errors. We are only human and should you receive an order that has been incorrectly engraved we will gladly re-engrave and resend at no extra charge.
