We can only engrave your logo if it is supplied in a decent resolution. Generally poor quality logos and complex logos (for example family trees) will require a redraw fee, that ranges from $16.50 to $33 based on complexity.

***IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER*** While every effort is taken to engrave your supplied drinkware or tumbler to perfection, we have come across instances where there is an extra thick or second coating. We are only permitted one pass, as cylindrical items never engrave in the same place twice. Should this be the case you may find that the engraving appears partial or frosted, and is not as clear as we like it, or the drinkware slips while engraving. This is a very rare occurrence, but it does happen. We apologise in advance if this is the case, and we will not charge you for the engraving, BUT we can NOT under any circumstances replace the supplied drinkware. We also cannot engrave badly damaged or dented drinkware for this same reason. We engrave supplied drinkware entirely at your risk.
